Who we are. UK Equipment Network is a trading operation of PAMİLANGA LIMITED (Company No. 16626410), registered in England and Wales. PAMİLANGA LIMITED is the controller of personal data processed through this website unless a different role is expressly stated.

Information we may use

Depending on how you use the website or service, we may process business contact details, account information where enabled, buyer enquiries and RFQs, quotation information, supplier company and fleet information, compliance evidence, communications, support records, security logs and cookie or similar-technology data where permitted.

Why we use information

To respond to enquiries and take requested steps before contract.
To structure equipment requirements, RFQs and quotation workflows.
To assess supplier onboarding and marketplace eligibility.
To operate security, fraud-prevention, audit and abuse-prevention controls.
To meet legal, tax, accounting, regulatory and record-keeping obligations.
To improve service reliability and user experience.

Lawful bases

Depending on the activity, we may rely on contract or steps before contract, legitimate interests, legal obligation or consent. Where consent is required for non-essential cookies or communications, those activities must remain off until valid consent is obtained.

Other sources and service providers

We may use business information from public registers, company websites, your organisation or other lawful business sources. Production service providers may support hosting, email, security, file storage, monitoring, analytics or payments only after the relevant provider and production controls are approved.

UK Equipment Network may use automated rules or AI-assisted processing to organise requirements, route enquiries or support procurement workflows. These outputs are procurement-support signals. They do not constitute engineering approval, a lifting plan, RAMS, a route permit, a compliance certificate or a substitute for competent professional judgement.
