Scope
These terms govern use of the public UK Equipment Network website. They do not by themselves create a booking, hire contract, supply contract, agency appointment, engineering engagement or other transaction. Separate commercial terms may apply if and when specific marketplace services are activated and accepted.
Website information
We aim to keep information accurate and useful, but equipment availability, supplier capability, pricing, mobilisation, lead times, technical suitability and compliance status can change and must be confirmed for the relevant enquiry or transaction.
Safety-critical and engineering information
Nothing on this website substitutes for competent professional planning or approval. Website content and automated outputs do not constitute a lifting plan, load-chart verification, ground-bearing assessment, RAMS, method statement, route approval, statutory permit, operator competence verification or site-specific risk assessment.
Final equipment selection, engineering, planning, supervision and safe execution remain the responsibility of the competent parties and dutyholders for the specific job.
Enquiries and quotations
Submitting a form, RFQ, file, project description or other enquiry does not oblige PAMİLANGA LIMITED or any supplier to accept or perform work. Any quotation, booking, order or service commitment remains subject to the specific scope, assumptions, exclusions, availability, supplier acceptance and required compliance or technical review.
Supplier information
A supplier shown, referenced or matched by the website must not be treated as approved, verified or live unless the applicable marketplace status explicitly says so and the relevant production verification controls have passed.
User responsibilities
You must provide information that is accurate to the best of your knowledge. You must not attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious code, interfere with security or availability, misuse protected data, facilitate unlawful or unsafe activity, or submit confidential or personal information you are not authorised to provide.
Files and content
You retain ownership of content you are entitled to submit. By providing information for an enquiry or workflow, you authorise PAMİLANGA LIMITED to use it as reasonably necessary to review, administer and respond to that request, subject to the Privacy Notice and any applicable contractual terms.
Intellectual property
Unless stated otherwise, the website design, text, branding, software, workflow structure and other original content are owned by or licensed to PAMİLANGA LIMITED and protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
Availability and changes
We may change, suspend or withdraw website content or features where reasonably necessary for maintenance, security, compliance, product development or operational reasons. Features dependent on production launch gates may remain unavailable even when the public website is live.
Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to that, the public website is provided for business information and procurement-support purposes and should not be relied on as a substitute for required professional, engineering, legal, tax, regulatory or safety advice.
